Comments

I work alongside the student; finding out "where they are" first, and teach upward. My lessons are interactive, and I incorporate humor along the way. Academia need not be a feared thing...students need to feel comfortable in the learning environment. I reward students for progress. Learning is a job, and not one of us would be working if we were not in some way rewarded.
