Qualifications

I have been teaching in public schools since 1998, and have been doing private tutoring since 2004. I use methods that have helped students bring their grades up significantly within a few months of one-on-one instruction. I have taught both regular and special education classes in elementary school, middle school, and high school.

Teaching is what I love to do. I have a good deal of experience working with children and teenagers one-on-one as well as in small and large group settings. I've worked extensively with children with various learning disabilities, and my approach is to address a student's learning modality, learning style, and interests.
