I am a retired Philadelphia Public school teacher. Like the majority of my students, I was not fond of Algebra. It wasn’t until college that I developed an affinity for it. Through my experiences both teaching and tutoring, this has enabled me to better understand the problems my students encounter. I taught for sixteen years and have tutored for the last ten.
