I was born in New York City (Manhattan). I learned to write and read Spanish in Puerto Rico. The Rock Church Academy in Petersburg, VA, gave me the opportunity to design and apply my own curriculum. I taught students from kindergarten through high school. I used many ways of teaching Spanish to non Spanish speaking students. Music, art, poetry, dance and much more. I teach grammar, basic Spanish and conversational skills.
