I have experience teaching English in a foreign country, and have done some no-charge tutoring for friends there for English as well as friends here for Chinese. I lived in Taiwan for three years. The primary language there is Mandarin Chinese. I took 2 years of Chinese in college before I went. I made every effort during my busy schedule to learn Chinese while I was there.
