I have 10 years experience as an elementary math teacher. My experience ranges from teaching 5th grade to 7th grade. I have also tutored in Algebra. I believe that a student’s deficits stem from the lack of foundational skills and use of vocabulary. I teach my students with the use of Direct vocabulary usage and a strong foundation of basic skills.
