I earned a BS from IIT Kanpur, India (the MIT of India) and a MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Ivy League school Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Now retired, I have over 35 years of senior technical leadership and senior management experience working for one of the largest company in USA. Over the years, I have mentored and coached numerous junior staff on their education, training and career development.I am the proud
